Smartphone App Information

We use two smartphone apps at CrossFit Factorial: PushPress Members for class registration, and SugarWOD for workout tracking and community engagement.

To optimize your gym experience, we highly recommend using both of these apps. Learn more about their features and how to set them up below.

Our members rely on the Pushpress Members app to reserve their spot in classes and open gym sessions. With a limited capacity of 12 athletes per class and 8 athletes in open gym, reserving your session is essential. Each class and open gym session opens for reservations 24-hours in advance.

Reserving Classes
Making a reservation is simple within the app. Simply tap the "Classes" icon at the bottom of the home screen, open the desired session, and tap "Reserve." If you need to cancel a reservation, follow the same steps: select the session and tap "Remove Reservation."

When the class or open gym session reaches capacity, the app will automatically place your reservation request on the waitlist. As spots become available, the app will notify and assign waitlisted members to the class on a first-come, first-served basis via text message.

Other Features
The PushPress Members app also offers the ability to update your payment information, contact and emergency contact details, and some membership subscriptions directly through the app.

How do I get the PushPress Members app?
To set up your login credentials, please refer to the email you received after activating your membership account. (Subject: "Setup your profile at CrossFit Factorial") If you don't find this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder (the email will be sent from themachine@pushpress.com).

Use the SugarWOD app to view workout details and interact with other members in our community. Every Sunday, we post the upcoming week's workouts, enabling you to preview each day's class in advance. Within SugarWOD, you'll be able to keep track of your scores (including PRs for lifts and benchmark workouts), view the day's leaderboard, and engage with other gym members through virtual fist-bumps and comments.

What if I don’t want to see the workout in advance?
Honestly, that’s awesome! To get the most out of your training, we never recommend “cherry picking” your workouts. Plus, we understand that the wealth of information in SugarWOD can be overwhelming, especially for newcomers. Rest assured that you are not required to look at the workout notes at all if you don't want to! Just show up to class regularly, and our coaches will lead you every step of the way during your sessions.

That said, we still recommend downloading the SugarWOD app to keep track of your workout times and weights lifted, so you can refer back to those in the future. (Trust us, you’ll want to see how far you’ve come!)

How do I get the SugarWOD app?
Once your gym membership is established, your SugarWOD account will be automatically created using your email address. You will receive an email from SugarWOD with instructions on how to log into the app for the first time. SugarWOD will enhance your workout experience and help you stay connected with our community, so make sure you download the app after signing up!
