PROGRAMS
CROSSFIT CLASS
Our CrossFit classes are 60-minute sessions that are coached from start to finish and include a warm-up, movement instruction, a unique workout, and mobility work.
In keeping with the CrossFit methodology, our class workouts of the day (WODs) vary in the type of movements performed, volume, intensity, training stimulus, and time spent working out. This deliberate variation is intended to prepare you for unexpected challenges and ensure that your body is constantly pushed in diverse ways. The best part is that each day brings a new and exciting experience, making your time at the gym anything but boring!
Every class is open to individuals of all experience levels, and our coaches consistently tailor workouts to meet the needs of each participant. Our goal in each class is to give you your version of that day's workout so that you get safe and effective training that will maximize your progress toward your goals.
We believe that CrossFit is for everyone, and that is how we coach every class. No one is too new or "out of shape" for our program. CrossFit is for you.
BEGINNER CLASS
Every weeknight at 7pm, we offer a class dedicated to beginners. In this class, the coach spends extra time tailoring instruction and movements for members who are new to CrossFit.
However, if the 7pm class doesn't fit into your routine, there's no need to worry! New members are welcome to attend ANY CrossFit class on our schedule and we will accommodate your needs in the class you attend. In fact, the best thing you can do for your training is to attend the classes that are most convenient for you, which will give you the best opportunity to be consistent.
OPEN GYM
We provide our Unlimited Members with access to open gym hours throughout the week, from open to close. With over 2,000 square feet of dedicated space, there is ample room for open gym activities. Numerous members take advantage of this opportunity to practice building skills or doing additional strength or cardio training in alignment with their goals. Feel free to utilize any of our gym equipment for your preferred training regimen.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Do you have fitness goals that you want additional coaching support for? We offer personal training sessions tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're aiming to get stronger, hone your skills, increase your endurance, prepare for an event, build capacity for another sport, or anything in between, our experienced coaches are here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Working closely with a personal trainer provides you with the motivation, accountability, and focused attention necessary to maximize your results. Your coach will assess your current fitness level, discuss your goals, and create a unique training plan just for you. Whether you're new to exercise or a seasoned gym-goer, our personal training program is an invaluable resource to help you reach your fitness goals effectively and efficiently.
