CROSSFIT CLASS
Our 60-minute CrossFit classes are coached from start to finish — warm-up, skill work, workout, and mobility included. Every day is different by design, so you’ll stay challenged, engaged, and never stuck in a rut.
We adapt every movement to match your experience, needs, and ability, making sure you get the workout that’s right for you. You’ll learn new skills, move with confidence, and push your limits without feeling overwhelmed - with coaches who care and a community that has your back.
Whether you’re brand-new or a seasoned athlete, you’ll show up as you are and leave a little better, every single time.
BEGINNER CLASS
We offer a beginner-friendly class every weeknight at 7pm, where coaches spend extra time on the fundamentals and helping new members feel confident from day one.
But if 7pm isn’t your time - no stress. New members are welcome in any CrossFit class on our schedule, and we’ll tailor everything to match your experience and needs. The best thing you can do is show up when it works for you, because consistency is where the magic happens.

OPEN GYM
Classes build the foundation - strength, skill, and solid movement. Open gym allows you to fine-tune the things that matter most to you.
Members with our Unlimited Plan get room to polish skills, add some strength work, or get a little extra sweat in 2,000+ sq ft of space designed for personal goals.
